	Sealed type crawler tractor carrying chain with induction hardened pins, case hardened bushes, and forged chain links with induction hardening on the rail surfaces.
	Oil filled, sealed-for-life crawler tractor carrying rollers at close spacing.
	Head and tail shaft roller bearings sealed against the ingress of dust and dirt.
	Unique headshaft sprocket assembly design enabling bolt-in sprocket segments to be replaced and reversed without dismantling the feeder. By using an uneven number of teeth, the rate of wear is minimised as contact between all teeth and chain is completed in two revolutions.
	Heavy duty, ribbed, overlapping manganese steel pans with machined contact surfaces for attachment to the chains.
	By having a bolted connection between the chains and the pans, the ideal type of material and heat treatment processes can be selected for the respective components.

Features and Benefits

Heavy ribbed flights and bump rails offer extra support to help protect against deformation due to impact from big lumps. Manganese steel flights are available for very tough jobs.
