Terex Jaques' EziTite Head Nut uses hydraulics to secure the mantle in place with known and repeatable force, improving safety, reducing down time and providing a better mechanical result. While the use of sledgehammers or flogging spanners to remove head nuts in the past provided inconsistent force, Ezitite provides a known hydraulic force, ensuring a repeatable result and reducing the likelihood of premature head nut or mantle failure.

Downtime for mantle change is also greatly reduced. Ezitite is easily removed in less than one hour compared to burn rings and flogging spanners. Simply remove the reusable sacrifical cover, apply hydraulic pressure and undo the locking ring.
