• Central mechanism location to ensure a consistent circular motion.
• Variable Amplitude of vibration (Stroke) via counterweight adjustment.
• Spring controlled centrifugal counterweight assemblies prevent resonance during stopping and starting and reduce starting torque.
• Replaceable housing tube liner.
• The screen body has vertical stiffening angles on side plates for rigidity, strength and long life, without excessive weight.
• May be fitted with extended side plates to suit application.

Jetflo Screen

Terex Jaques Jetflo Screen Benefits & Features :

• Designed for lighter duty screening applications.
• Modular Mechanism is located to allow change over as an assembly for easy maintenance.
• Screen amplitude of vibration can be adjusted by varying the amount of weight on the counterweight arms.
• The housing tube maintains proper spacing between the bearings and excludes dust from the shaft mechanism.
• The screen body has stiffening angles on the side plates for rigidity, strength and long life, without excessive weight.
• Compression springs ensure permanent and uniform tension over the entire screen cloth.
• Normally mounted at 20 degrees, but may be varied to suit.
• A feed box with renewable liners can be fitted.
